Slatband Conveyors - Gallery

	Cattle Bleed Slat Conveyor. This conveyor is a mix of chain and slatband conveyor. It was designed to carry cows of up to 2 tonnes and to withstand the impact of the beasts as they fall out of the knocking box onto the conveyor.
Twist Rinse and Carousel Unit Shown below is a twist rinse and carousel unit which forms part of a slatband conveyor system designed and built for a company exporting baby food. The glass jars are inverted, sprayed with hot water, then turned upright prior to dicharging onto a slow moving carousel which continuously supplies the filling machine.
Ice-cream Conveyors The following four photos show part of a comprehensive system installed at a prominent ice-cream manufacturer. The system included: merging sections split chain sections to allow for bar coding the underside of pottles twin feed augers to separate pottles when required and even a system to rotate pottles as they travelled down the conveyor to enable a bar code on the side of the pottles to be read, regardless of the pottle's orientation.
