conveyor
shown here transfers coal at a continuous rate of 250 tonnes per hour
into a surge hopper, which in turn feeds an aerial ropeway. This
conveyor handles approximately 1.5 million tonnes per year. |

into 45 tonne trucks at a rate of 2000 tonnes per hour. The
conveyor handles approximately 1.5 million tonnes per year. |
 | Freezing Works
Belt Conveyor. 9 conveyors were built to fully
service the lamb boning room of an export freezing works. The
conveyors were all fabricated from T304 stainless steel and fitted with
quick release mechanisms to permit cleaning under the belts. |
 | Wood Chip Belt Conveyor. An
inclined belt conveyor designed to handle wood chips, with provision
for steep inclination and frequent stopping and starting under load. |
 | Fish Belt Conveyor. This
conveyor system was designed to unload 25kg boxes of frozen fish at a
rate of up to 45 tonnes per hour. Materials used include T316
stainless steel and marine grade alumimium. |
